I am so excited that I will be going to a Stamin Up workshop this weekend. I am waiting for my Stamp Kit to come.

Open for Business!!!!

Hello everyone, I have opened an account on e-bay to start selling my monthly kits. Please feel free to go onto e-bay and check it out. Every month I will have a different kit. I am looking forward to posting my October Kit. Remember Halloween is on its way. If you choose to go onto e-bay the item number is #180150960503. Just type that into the search box. The name of my club is De Scrapbooking Monthly Kit Club. By this time next year I hope to have launch a website so that everyone can become a member and order kit once a month. It is a long process. Just pray for me that everything will work out well.

Kits for Sale

Hello everyone! It has been a long week so far at work. I still have not gotten back in the swing of being back at work. I have prayed, prayed, prayed, and thought, thought, and thought about several options that I might want to try. The options are starting a monthly scrap booking kit club, opening a scrap booking store, or even starting my own line of something dealing with scrapbooking materials. I really need your help out there in blog world. (wink) I am wanting to get some input from everyone who loves to scrapbook on what is needed right now. I am really wanting to start the monthly kit club, but really do not know where to begin. If theirs anyone who is willing to give advice please fill free. Right now I need all the help I can get. Also I am wanting to know if everyone will be willing to support the club. I know that starting a business is always taking chances, but I feel that GOD will help me along the way. I have puzzled myself and my DH about coming up with a name. If your have any suggestion feel free to include those. Well I have to go for now. Happy Scrapping!

Back At Work

All this week I have been at workshops to begin the school year. I am mentally tired today. The workshops were refreshers that they give use every year for the same things. It is to the point were everyone knows what they are going to tell us next.I was so glad to come home and relax. Tomorrow is the first day for the students to come to school. I really do not think I am ready mentally or physically ready to see their sweet faces. I guess I better get myself together. I have a lot to do to get myself together. I will let you know how tomorrow went. Until then happy scrapping!

Tax Free Weekend

Today, in Alabama started Tax Free Weekend. This is for back to schools sales. Well let just say that my loving mother and I went to the Riverchase Galleria Mall in Hoover, AL so that my mother could purchase her a back to school handbag. This is a lady the knows what she wants. Here is a photo of what she purchase today.

So of course I had to do a little browsing around and fine this

or this one

I love them both, but can't decide. I guess I will take them both. (just kidding) I don't think the DH will purchase both.

Well, I guess you guys want to know if we got the handbags without paying taxes.....well..... know we did not. The state of Alabama had certain things that did not apply and designer handbags was one. Oh and the MAC Cosmetics that I purchase did not apply. but we had fun spending money today anyway.

Blog Hopping!

I was enjoying the Internet this morning while everyone was still sleeping. I was looking at different blogs and came across Kim Bolyard. Kim had rated her blog. So you know that I had to check it out. This is what my blog rated

Cards, Cards, Cards,

Today after my DH and I went to my classroom and cleaned and put things on the walls to get ready for the little ones to come back to school, I decieded to go home and creative some cards. I am learning how to create cards so bare with me.I made some card that I thought I would share. The cards are from Valerie Salmon's Card Kits.

This is my favorite!

I love the different colors!

The is lovely!

This was a little hard, but I did it!!!! (YES!)

After creating cards I guess I will do some shopping. I bought this quilt from PB and I can not decided if I want the shams to go with it or not. Let me know what you think?
