Scrapbooking

I have not scrap booked in a long time, but I feel that I have to start back since I have a lot of photos that need to be journal about and scrap book into album. I have decided to have the kids album a different color. I am use to the old fashion paper and a lot of photos on a page type of scrap booking, but I believe I am going to try the way Becky Higgin's scrap book for her kids. Since we both have three kids and it's hard for me not her( Becky Higgins) to get it done anyways. The albums that I am using are the We R keeper albums. Kyron's Album

Kennedy Grace's Album

Kadeb's Album

Family Album
I ordered Kyron's album last night to start his school years album since he is about to start Kindergarten next year and I need to organize and scrapbook his two years of pre -school things. I have a lot to get done and I feel so overwhelmed. I have to start scrap booking my family album way back to 2005-present,Kyron for 2007 - present,Kennedy Grace~2009- present, and Kaden 2010-present. Hopefully one day soon I will get caught up. Well a least Kyron and Kennedy Grace have their birth to one year albums completed. Off the Scrapbooking!!!!!

Scraproom Supplies!

After a lot of thinking,I still have not found everything that I feel I would need to complete my craftroom. Let's just say that it's a lot of work finding all the right items. I have located the workstation that I think I would like. It's the this freestanding kitchen counter from Ikea. I feel that with this table I will be able to create layouts, create cards, store my supplies inside the drawers, and even be able to have one of these babies to keep my gift wrapping paper on. I would love to have this printer to print all or my layouts since I have started to create digital layouts. Thanks to Jessica, Heather, Raven, and Jennifer. Thanks ladies for all the help that you have given.
Well that's enough about scraproom drama! I told the DH I guess I need to start saving money to purchase all the items that I needed. He agreed! MEN!!!
I guess I need to go now since I am at work. Until next time!

12 Days of Christams!!!!

I am so excited today I am starting a family tradition of 12 days of Christmas for Kyron. Today marks the first day of 12 Days of Christmas. I will give Kyron small present everyday for 12 day. The last present will be on Christmas Morning. I can not wait until this afternoon go give him his first gift. I will post a pic and details everyday. I am also excited because I knew I wanted to start this tradition, but did not know how I was going to create an album to post the pictures until I came across Valerie's Blog and noticed one of her wonderful creation. It's her Christmas 10-page 6x6 chipboard mini book.

Photoshop 101

I decided to play with my Photoshop Element 5.0 today. I created this.
I really did not want to get to involved with digital layouts because I did not have a printer that would print.Jennifer Woodbury gave me a cool website that she uses to print her layouts www.scrapbookpictures.com . I guess I will give it a shot. If I don't like it I can always go back to scrap booking the old way. I enjoy buying pattern paper.

Being Lazy!

Today, I decided to just be lazy and not do anything. Last night I was excited to come home and find my Becky Higgins' card kit at my front door. I think I will be creative a little today and create some Christmas cards. I need to clean my scrap room and organize somethings, but I do not think I am in the mood for that either. This Christmas I have asked for so much. I really want to organize my scrap room a little better. Man I tell ya getting a hobby room together is very challenging. Will I guess I will go now. Until next time Happy Scrapping!

Boo!

I was in a mood to be creative! My DH watched College Football all day long. There was some laughter in the house. My DH is an Auburn fan and I am an Alabama Fan. There is never a dull moment in our house during football season. I had a lot of jokes because Auburn Tigers are 1-3 and Alabama is 3-0. For the past couple or so years around this time my DH and in-laws had so many jokes for me and my parents it was not funny! But now the shoe is on the other foot and they can not take it.I think everyone is the state of Alabama who is an Auburn fan is mad. With a capital MAD!!!!!

Well back to what this post of all about! Don't you just love the Halloween photo book that I created. I can not wait to put Kyron's Halloween pic. in it. I loved the new MM Halloween line of pattern paper. Don't you agree!!!! Until next time Happy Scrapping!

Kits for Sale

Hello everyone! It has been a long week so far at work. I still have not gotten back in the swing of being back at work. I have prayed, prayed, prayed, and thought, thought, and thought about several options that I might want to try. The options are starting a monthly scrap booking kit club, opening a scrap booking store, or even starting my own line of something dealing with scrapbooking materials. I really need your help out there in blog world. (wink) I am wanting to get some input from everyone who loves to scrapbook on what is needed right now. I am really wanting to start the monthly kit club, but really do not know where to begin. If theirs anyone who is willing to give advice please fill free. Right now I need all the help I can get. Also I am wanting to know if everyone will be willing to support the club. I know that starting a business is always taking chances, but I feel that GOD will help me along the way. I have puzzled myself and my DH about coming up with a name. If your have any suggestion feel free to include those. Well I have to go for now. Happy Scrapping!

I went shopping today at Hobby Lobby.I was so excited once I entered the store to fine out that my new handy machine (Crop-A-Dile)was still on sale so I continued to shop an purchase all the items that I needed to complete the creative cards.
